I really really could have been better yesterday. I know that my nemesis is beer – and that it’s my favorite social lubricant. I ended up going by myself to celebrate the end of the MS150 ride for a friend, which meant free beer and people I don’t know. This is a combination that is guaranteed to result in diet-backslide. But today was a WID, and I rocked it, so I’m just going to move on and hold fast to the plan. And I had a great time yesterday so screw it.

a little beer makes all of us backslide! i’ve been using an online food journal to help me stick with my diet. it’s actually been working. i’ve been using the one at http://www.nutrimirror.com it’s free and easy to use. i like the graphs and it also lets me log an exercise that i do. good luck! cheers to that!
