I ROCK!
(mini)GOAL*
Woohoo! Looks like I met my first “mini-goal” today – I’m down 7 lbs from my start in November. (Yes, you read that right, November). That brings me down about 4.6% of my total weight at that time. I know we’re “supposed” to celebrate the bigger goals (ie, 10%), but I don’t care. I’m motivated with smaller goals just fine. I’ve recalculated my goal dates based on reaching this goal 13 days early. I still left my goals as 1.5lbs a week because I know it’s easier to loose in the beginning than later on. I’d stay and post more, but I have to go on a run.

You absolutely need to celebrate the smaller goals! Congrats on great progress. Keep making healthy choices.
